IRVINE, California, March 1, 2010 – Forge Web LLC, a leading Orange County web design and online marketing agency has been chosen by Go Tuning Unlimited, the sole authorized North American Distributor for ASM Autobacs Yokohoma Japan, to design and develop ASM’s web presence and plan their overall marketing strategy for the year.

Autobacs Secondhand Market (ASM) holds the record lap time for a naturally aspirated car at Japan’s Tsukuba circuit, a tight and technical 2,070 meter course 90 minutes north of Tokyo. In 2003, their Honda S2000 won the record in its first outing, a car that has become internationally renowned as the “Tsukuba Special” and since reduced its time from 0:59.283 to 0:57:398, an engineering marvel.

Shinichiro Kanayama, Tsukuba Special’s project manager, explains, “We wanted to show how quick a car could run at the track using our selection of parts. After trying other makers’ components, we weren’t satisfied, so we developed our own. Cost was no obstacle; our aim was performance. With the concept worked out from the beginning, the development of the car has been smooth throughout.”

Forge Web will build ASM’s website using state of the art publishing tools, focusing on aesthetics, standards, and usability. The platform will integrate content management, email solutions, and analytics providing flexibility and functionality to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
